Our past projects range from complete Deep Hole Drilling Shops to Retrofiting of existing Machines .We have been building Drilling Machines for 40 years.Unlike many Machine builders, we custom build to your needs and make it both user and maintinance friendly.We most often build at your facility. We use local support services when avalible.All machines come complete with all new electrical Motors,Drives,enclosures,operator consoles etc. All Conduit is Ridget from Cabinet to Machine.New coolant/oil System including Machine Pan, Tank and Plumbing.Positive Displacement Pump.
Retrofit vs New
The advantage of retrofiting is not only a economic consideration(typically less than half the price) but also there are no parts that are not avalible in a reasonable time frame and are not difficult to install with your own maintenance people or local tradesmen.Production levels are as good as any and in most cases better.
